Description
Read-only sweep of blueprints/*.yaml: which declare app workloads, scenarios and failure modes, which faults each story implies, and a migration order by blueprint family.
Acceptance Criteria
- #1 A migration table names each blueprint, its scenarios, the cause to declare and the family batch
Definition of Done
- #1 just check (fmt-check, lint, gen-check, env-check, docs-check, test, race, hygiene, ui-check, compose-check, helm-test, lab-check, signal-fidelity)
- #2 just gen (only if a blueprint field, construct/workload config struct, or a skill under plugins/synthkit/skills/ changed)
- #3 just dump — inventory diffed against signals/

Migration table in doc-0005 (Causal migration plan for shipped blueprints): 36/36 blueprints swept, families F1 content-gen faults, F2 data-store saturation, F3 gateway capacity (partial); F4/F5 keep legacy with reasons; gaps G1-G7 with rulings in loop58.
