Description
SKT-0168.09.22 added duration_ms_idle, but it requires load: business, which also puts invocations on the business curve. Scheduled functions run at a fixed cadence, so batch duration must follow the curve while invocations stay constant. Add a duration-only curve switch on the function.
Acceptance Criteria
- #1 A scheduled function at constant invocations has lower Duration at night than at peak within declared bounds
- #2 Invocations unchanged; default output unchanged
