Description
Scheduled functions keep plateau batch duration at night. Duration should follow the work per run.
Acceptance Criteria
- #1 Scheduled function duration follows the load curve within declared bounds
- #2 Default output unchanged

- #2 just gen (only if a blueprint field, construct/workload config struct, or a skill under plugins/synthkit/skills/ changed)
