Description
App shape values scale their incident value by the business curve, so an incident-driven duration (e.g. publish lag) shrinks at night and weekends and an outage stops breaching its target. Add an opt-in so a shape value’s incident level is absolute while its baseline still follows the curve; default output unchanged.
