Description
A declared name that is both a service node and a Lambda function is kept on the service axis only, so a function-axis mode on it fails to load (‘mode not declared on target … axis service’). Resolve an effect’s target on the axis that declares the effect’s mode when the name exists on several axes; keep ambiguity errors only when several candidate axes declare the mode.
