Acceptance Criteria
- #1 Existing personas and business SLI remain intact; the operational persona adds only implemented AWS observations with correct scope, units, sparse no-data behavior and per-period gauge semantics.
- #2 Generator, payloads, manifest and operator limitations stay synchronized; unsupported throttles, schedule receipts, metadata families and causal joins are not fabricated or substituted.
- #3 Private independent review and actual tenant/backend/browser proof precede an application claim; no new credentials, alert delivery or integration is inferred from offline validation.
Definition of Done
- #1 Private generator/payload/manifest/query-contract validation and independent review recorded; unchanged public source retains its landed gates.
- #2 Actual tenant/backend/browser/notification proof or explicit owner blocker recorded separately from authored structure.
Implementation Plan
Extend existing operational persona with landed AWS observations while preserving business/consent personas, custom SLI and paused alert boundaries. No false throttle/schedule/causal claims; root applies only after data and named credential admission.
Loop55: bind the existing private packet to actual discovered API metadata; prepare serial collision-checked root apply/readback with durable attempted-write receipts. Root application waits for data; alerts remain paused until reviewed routing is present.
Loop56: finish baseline-zero presentation and current private scope/prompt packet, native independent review, then serial root application/readback and bounded on-demand incident/browser proof. Create the SLO only with installed no-generated-alert semantics proved; routing remains paused.
Refresh the existing private Assistant rules against the causal model and handled-rejection semantics, retain exact object ownership and no-replay journals, privately review the packet, then root applies serially with readback and bounded investigations only after deployment.
Implementation Notes
Private extension completed with retained history, exact-byte first-party private bundle validator and one combined native review. All objects unapplied; real datasource/plugin/backend/browser binding and delivery proof remain pending. Approved messaging integration and external workflow presentation remain owner decisions, not fabricated integrations.
Prepared object packet remains unapplied while activation and approved messaging/external-workflow choices are held. No real backend/browser/notification acceptance is inferred.
Loop54 closeout: remains owner-held. Object packet authored/validated/reviewed only, unapplied; no tenant query/browser/SLO/alert/delivery acceptance. Resume after data activation decision, approved messaging integration or explicit live-delivery omission, and external-workflow presentation choice. No contact point or notification destination minted or selected.
Owner 2026-10-24: chat notifications come through the owner’s own on-call chat connection; the ticketing step is omitted; owner hold cleared.
Created the illustrative folder, three dashboards and four paused rules. Native review and exact captured API evidence reconciled server-owned dashboard normalization and the final log-rule query-mode materialization without POST replay, resetting journals or faking completion markers. Browser/data validation and the held SLO, Page, Assistant and routing acceptance remain incomplete.
Closeout: three dashboards render healthy data; actual callback selection returns transition and decision rows. Two source-sparse error panels remain truthful NoData, requiring owner acceptance rather than rate inflation. Assistant renders after a local asset-filter correction but requires owner terms acceptance; Page and mutual links remain unapplied. SLO and routing are held, all four rules remain paused. Resume after these owner decisions and exact side-effect/routing admission; omit the ticketing step. No completed full-demo claim.
Actual browser/backend proof now shows the headline gauge rise and return to zero, and both sparse error panels display zero without fabricated series. The applied SLO definition owns recording rules and active app-generated burn alerts with verified inert routing; separate custom alerts remain paused. Page publication and actual Assistant prompt submission/citation acceptance remain incomplete.
One generic illustrative metadata chat was created and matched by readback after the write-boundary repair passed native red/green and independent review. This is not prompt submission, an investigation result, Page creation/publication or proof of human visibility. The actual existing-chat send path remains under read-only wire probing; unrelated routing/privacy and SLO caveats remain explicit.
Owner decision deadline expired after the second privacy-boundary review failure. Dashboard presentation-zero, finite headline recovery and app-owned SLO configuration were verified, but two native UI attempts stopped before arming: zero operator messages, model requests or query writes. No Page or completed investigation exists. Resume only after explicit owner approval for a closed bootstrap-response contract repair and focused native review; preserve prior attempts and do not weaken or replay unknown writes.
loop57: private reviewer PASS, live apply with read-back, headline renders, Assistant investigation via gcx found the injected publisher fault.
Reopened 2026-10-25 for loop58: refresh the tenant Assistant rules for the replaced SLO and the causal log and trace evidence.
Owner closeout: Reviewed private rule draft only. Resume after final marker/query, exact-engine captures, application admission and live proof. No objects applied or investigations run.
Loop60 closeout: No Assistant rules or other objects applied and zero investigations this run. The refresh still requires published handled-rejection marker, exact source-built capture, actual causal deployment and separately reviewed query/browser admission; existing live state is unchanged.
Owner scope amendment: dashboard/folder mutations belong to a separate session and are prohibited for this loop, including restoration from earlier snapshots. Alert rules, SLOs and Assistant rules remain in scope under existing proof and live-action guards. Query-facing name changes are coordinated by the root separately; no dashboard apply commands or writes are permitted.
Final loop closeout: no Assistant investigations or object changes this run. Exact causal source/capture/performance/deployment prerequisites remain unmet; dashboard/folder writes are owned by a separate session and prohibited for this loop. Alert/SLO/Assistant work remains dependency-held; no live acceptance inferred.
