Description
Found by the loop52 SKT-0168 demo lane: the requirements alert on MWAA DAG run duration by outcome and task-instance failures, but internal/construct mwaa on main emits neither (signals/cw.md lists only the AmazonMWAA StatsD scheduler/pool families). Source the exact AmazonMWAA namespace names and dimensions for DAG success/failure durations and task-instance failures from AWS MWAA metrics docs or a capture, add them to signals/cw.md with provenance, and emit them; drive them from the SKT-0168.03 pipeline-run mechanic when declared.

- #2 The mwaa construct emits them with exact names/dimensions; just dump matches signals/
