Acceptance Criteria
- #1 Only IncomingBytes and IncomingLogEvents literal bases emit for declared log groups with exact LogGroupName projection, global collector identity and documented Bytes/None units; delivery/filter/destination/info/native cases stay unsupported.
- #2 Explicit event rates and whole byte sizes validate finite bounds; real sparse emitted counts preserve active carry through jitter/gaps and master pause/resume with no replay or fabricated idle observations.
- #3 Root integrates strict public loader/registry/schema/emitted contract and actual CLI inventory; scoped red-green, review and final composed gates pass.
Definition of Done
- #1 just check (fmt-check, lint, gen-check, env-check, docs-check, test, race, hygiene, ui-check, compose-check, helm-test, lab-check, signal-fidelity)
- #2 just gen (only if a blueprint field, construct/workload config struct, or a skill under plugins/synthkit/skills/ changed)
- #3 just dump — inventory diffed against signals/
Implementation Plan
Disjoint runtime package only, fixed two-base log-intake model. Explicit required rate/whole-byte assumptions and robust sparse carry/pause; root owns serial registration/loader/emitted-doc/schema/public-CLI integration. Destination delivery remains withheld pending source selector facts.

No delivery/native claim in this subset. Sparse real-pause/jitter carry preserved. Hosted CI pending.
