Acceptance Criteria
- #1 Ten source-admitted literal bases emit through independent cw.StatSet values and exact cluster/queue profiles over remote-write only; unbound storage, query selectors, info/native and other profiles stay refused or withheld.
- #2 Explicit required snapshots and owned identities validate finite/integral bounds; sparse latency carry survives jitter/gaps, caps new accrual, and honors real master pause and silent resume without backfill.
- #3 Root integrates strict public loader/registry/schema/emitted contract and actual CLI inventory; scoped red-green, review and final composed gates pass.
Definition of Done
- #1 just check (fmt-check, lint, gen-check, env-check, docs-check, test, race, hygiene, ui-check, compose-check, helm-test, lab-check, signal-fidelity)
- #2 just gen (only if a blueprint field, construct/workload config struct, or a skill under plugins/synthkit/skills/ changed)
- #3 just dump — inventory diffed against signals/
Implementation Plan
Disjoint runtime package only, fixed ten-base source-admitted snapshot/latency model. Explicit required pointer values and conservative engineering bounds; root owns serial registration/loader/emitted-doc/schema/public-CLI integration. No node/query/pipeline/native expansion.

Landed0e25c2e, exacttree7107be5a fullcheck and finalrace PASS inparallel; scoped runtime/CLI red-green, combined review and exact ceiling-fix delta PASS, CodeRabbit20/20 plus2/2 zero. Schema generation and actual CLI60/60 new names/3810 full names verified; unchanged original three packages. Ten Redshift bases only; selector/native/storage/info gaps not expanded. Hosted CI pending.
