A measured ten-family apply-plus-one-cleanup envelope requires an explicit finite state-only revision, not removal of phases, evidence or history. Keep all input and protocol safety limits unchanged and preserve legacy authorities without migration.
Acceptance Criteria
- #1 Only exact existing ContractRevision agento11yprovision-state-3264k-v2 admits state up to 3342336 bytes; plans/previews retain 786432, authored specs/approvals retain 65536, and all counts, depths, times, evidence and history rules remain unchanged.
- #2 Expected and embedded binding validation, state read/write/clone/codec/forecast paths and legacy or unknown revision bounds agree; older-reader oversized refusal preserves evidence and no migration, relabel, rehash, retarget or reset is introduced.
- #3 Real foundation public-API and filesystem proofs cover the required nonempty checkpoint and measured lifecycle footprint, revised below/at/above boundaries, maximum legal evidence and result persistence, retained cleanup history, old controls and bounded maximum-input CPU/allocation/RSS; no capacity refusal may follow an admitted bounded dispatch.

Exact v2 ContractRevision selects only the larger state bound; all other valid revisions retain legacy bounds, with expected and embedded binding checks before usable snapshots. Preserve canonical wire/checksum and all history. C must additionally require this exact contract revision while keeping the approved absence SourceRevision unchanged. Add actual boundary, result-reservation, compatibility and maximum-input measurements; real integrated C positives remain required before C acceptance.
