Description
Five public task-note files contain operator-local evidence references naming a private integration area. They were already present at the preparation base. Preserve historical task context and original evidence while removing these references from current public notes; owner-controlled publication is required. Some local tracker updates are held rather than publishing affected task blobs. No agent history rewrite or credential change is authorized.
