Integrated lease HA gate stopped at TestEnvSurfaceAligned because the pre-existing ignored local environment lacked the newly documented HA and state-backend variables. Isolated candidate passed without that stale local file. Preserve every existing setting and credential; append only missing documented defaults before one integrated recheck.
