Record Mobile Observability and other unobservable footprint gaps in doc-0006

Description

GCI-0092 gap 7 plus any gap the sibling subtasks find unobservable.

Acceptance Criteria

Definition of Done

Implementation Plan

Record Mobile configured-app source and unavailable mobile-use boundary; preserve historical matrix, qualify observable DB markers versus unknown adoption, retain exact Agent volume gap and separate Assistant windows, current catalogue versus installed entitlement, no new reader/customer grant; CLI-only doc update and authoritative task labels.

Implementation Notes

Root CLI update preserved the complete historical matrix/body except authoritative task-title annotations; appended Mobile configured app versus unverified session/human-use scope, DB observed dbo11y markers versus missing HELP/type/unit adoption contract, qualified Adaptive/Application periods, current catalogue versus installed entitlement, library no customer grant, and separated Assistant windows. Existing Agent exact cumulative volume gap retained. Whitespace/identifier and historical-body preservation checks pass; final integrated just check will provide the task DoD before Done. Documentation-only: CodeRabbit skipped.

Final document also explicitly records unverified host-count/host-hour family units/window/population at existing usage query/metadata scope, not a service-entity conversion or a new product grant, and missing named robk Agent positive control without zero-activity inference. Preserved historical matrix plus existing Agent exact-volume section. Full unchanged-code integrated/composed eb0a44e just check:2161passed2skipped13336subtests, TFmodule/example, current/historyidentifiers andtext green; final document-only validation follows. No runtime test added or CodeRabbit run for prose.

Final Summary

Mobile configured-app footprint is qualified separately from unverified mobile sessions/use. Every unimplemented sibling footprint gap is retained with its route, semantic or permission boundary, including DB adoption units, Agent cumulative volume/named control, Assistant org availability/default window, host hours and installed-version Enterprise entitlement. No customer enablement grant implied.
